Adults may participate in the classes. Minors can participate only with consent from their legal guardian.
Participants are fully responsible for their physical and emotional health. The organizer is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule for reasons beyond their control. In such cases, participants have the right to receive a refund for canceled classes or choose alternative classes.
Cancellation of participation in the classes can only be done in writing (email).
Participants consent to the recording/documentation of the classes and the use of recorded materials for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants may refuse consent by submitting a written statement.
Submitting a written/email request to participate in the classes implies acknowledgment and acceptance of this regulation.
Payments for the classes must be made no later than the first day of attendance.
Enrollment in the classes requires payment for the reserved spot.
Payments can be made via bank transfer to account 35 1240 1297 1111 0000 2568 0009 Małgorzata Kozłowska with the note “Cords – participant’s name” or in cash on-site before the classes.
In case of absence, participants may attend other classes within their payment if spots are available.
Individual classes cannot be shared/transferred. Passes are personal – the person who purchased the pass is also registered under their name on the attendance list.
A pass can be transferred to another person in its entirety before the start of the workshops after prior notification to the organizer.
The organizer does not provide class material to third parties. This rule also applies to material recorded by class participants. Permission must be obtained from the teacher and/or organizer for any recording during classes.
